At this time, we ship all orders weighing LESS THAN 250 POUNDS via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping times vary depending on the customer destination of the products. Orders weighing 250 POUNDS OR MORE will be shipped by the best shipping courier available to ship the order.

Heavy orders (OVER 150 POUNDS) must be shipped via FREIGHT.----NOTE: For orders weighing OVER 150 POUNDS, customers must first contact us at (434) 483-8587 so that we can compute the necessary total FREIGHT shipping charge for the order before the order can be placed. ---(NOTE:  During the CHECKOUT process to place your order, if your order weighs OVER 150 POUNDS, you will be notified in the SHIPPING METHOD section of the CHECKOUT process that you must first contact us at (434) 483-8587 before you can place your order.)-------NOTE: For orders weighing OVER 150 POUNDS, we will call you as well as send you an email notifying you to schedule a delivery date and time with the trucking company. ---It is the customer's responsibility to promptly schedule a delivery date and time with the trucking company for the delivery of your order weighing OVER 150 POUNDS.  ----If a customer fails to schedule a delivery date and time with the trucking company, the order could be charged storage fees or could possibly be returned which will result in extra charges that the customer will be responsible for. 

Certain items must be shipped via ground rather than via air. These items include Flint Starters, Portable Stoves, Waterproof Matches, Whistles, and Body Warmers. These items will be shipped to you separately via ground.   

We make our best effort to ship all orders within 48 hours after orders are placed, but our STANDARD LEAD TIME is 2-5 days.  ---All orders containing less than 10 Survival Kits are normally shipped out within 2-5 business days.  ---For larger orders of Survival Kits (more than 10 Survival Kits) or for orders of a large number of individual products, a longer lead time may be required.  ---The estimate for an order of 10-100 Survival Kits is 5-15 business days for production of the Survival Kits.   ---The estimate for an order of 101-1000 Survival Kits is 10-45 business days for production of the Survival Kits.   ---The estimate for an order of 1001 or more Survival Kits is 45-60 business days for production of the Survival Kits. Shipping times also vary depending on the customer destination of the products. These lead times estimates are not a guarantee of the number of days it will take to ship out an order because rare occurrences out of our control can delay a shipment.

Occasionally, shortages in inventory may occur with products. In the rare circumstance that we do not have an item to fulfill an order, we will notify the customer by the next business day. We will either ship the products we do have and then make a second shipment for the missing items as soon as we receive them, or we will wait to ship the entire order together. If a product shortage in inventory does occur, substitutions will be shipped in their place. The substitute product will be similar to the original product ordered. 

When fulfilling our customer's orders, we automatically provide up to $100 in FREE SHIPPING INSURANCE for each package we ship to customers.---- If your order is OVER $100, you should consider purchasing ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INSURANCE for orders that are OVER $100. ---You can purchase ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INSURANCE by adding the SHIPPING INSURANCE FEE to your cart which will cover loss or damage by the shipping courier during shipping for orders over $100 up to $1,000 that are shipping to the 48 U.S. CONTIGUOUS U.S. STATES or to the District of Columbia.----
