***We make it our goal for our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Please use our CONTACT FORM at the bottom of this page or call us at (434) 483-8587 for REPLACEMENTS of items or for REFUNDS.

 

***PLEASE NOTE: We only accept RETURNS from our customers in ALASKA and the 48 CONTIGUOUS U.S. STATES and the District of Columbiabut we do not accept any RETURNS from our HAWAII customers. Our HAWAII customers can only be provided with a REPLACEMENT in the case of DEFECTIVE ITEMS or DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING ITEMS. We cannot issue any REFUNDS to our HAWAII customers. (NOTE: We do not accept any RETURNS for any shipments from outside the continental United States.) 

 


***ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING by any shipping courier must be reported to us within 30 DAYS from the day the order was placed. Please notify us by email at info@undauntedultimate.com ------(NOTEIf an item was damaged by UPS, you must also contact UPS as soon as possible in addition to notifying us at info@undauntedultimate.com of the items damaged during shipping.)

 

***DEFECTIVE ITEMS must be reported to us within 60 days from the day the order was placed.  Please notify us by email at at info@undauntedultimate.com

 

***UNUSED ITEMS in re-sellable condition that you would like to return for a refund must be reported to us within 30 days from the day the order was placed. Please notify us by email at info@undauntedultimate.com ----(PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept the return of unused individually purchased Food or Water items because food or water items cannot legally be re-sold.) We will; however, accept the return of an UNUSED SURVIVAL KIT that contains unused FOOD or WATER products for a REFUND for the UNUSED SURVIVAL KIT.

(Photos are required of these items.) ----To receive a REFUND for DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING ITEMS, we must be notified within 30 days from the day your order was placed. ----To receive a REFUND for DEFECTIVE ITEMS, we must be notified by email at info@undauntedultimate.com within 60 days from the day your order was placed. The customer will be sent an RMA label to return these items. In the case of DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING ITEMS, we process a claim with our shipping courier. Regarding the shipping of your return items to our warehouse in order to receive a REFUND for either DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING ITEMS or for DEFECTIVE ITEMSconsider that both UPS and FedEx automatically offer $100 of free shipping insurance to ship your return items to our warehouse. USPS also offers $100 of free shipping insurance if you ship your return by PRIORITY MAIL service or by PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS service. If your return is worth over $100, you will need to speak with the shipping courier that will be used to ship your return items to our warehouse if you would like to insure your items for over $100. If needed, we can issue a claim to the shipping courier on your behalf so that you can buy additional shipping insurance for your return items that are valued over $100. If you do not pay for additional shipping insurance for your return items that are valued over $100, you will only be reimbursed for $100 if your package is lost or damaged during the shipping of your return items to our warehouseUsing a trackable shipping service is advisable for shipping your return items even if you choose not to pay for additional shipping insurance.

These individual items contained within a SURVIVAL KIT are replaced at no additional charge to the customer. We must be notified by email at info@undauntedultimate.com within 30 days from the day your order was placed if you would like a REPLACEMENT for DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING ITEMS. -----We must be notified by email at info@undauntedultimate.com within 60 days from the day your order was placed if you would like a REPLACEMENT for DEFECTIVE ITEMS.

***Regarding a REFUND for UNUSED ITEMS in re-sellable condition, we accept returns for shipments of UNUSED ITEMS from customers in ALASKA as well as from the 48 CONTIGUOUS U.S. STATES and the District of Columbia; however, we do not accept returns of shipments of UNUSED ITEMS from our HAWAII customers. ***PLEASE NOTE In the EVENT A CUSTORMER CANCELS AN ORDER placed on a credit or debit card BEFORE the order ships out (when we are able to cancel the order before the order ships out), there will be a 3.5% cancellation fee for the credit card transaction fee that will be deducted from the refund of the order. The refund of the order includes both the product cost amount as well as the shipping charge. The 3.5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.

 

***PLEASE NOTE: In the EVENT A CUSTOMER CANCELS AN ORDER placed on a credit or debit carAFTER the order ships out (when we are unable to cancel the order before the order ships out), only the product cost amount minus a restocking fee will be refunded once the products have been returned to our warehouse; however, the shipping charge and the return shipping cost will not be refunded. The restocking fee will be up to 20% of the original charge of the order for the return of UNUSED ITEMS.
